This is a wonderful family practice. The entire team and staff were so friendly so professional. The doctor made me an absolutely beautiful new bridge. He kept me comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process and the other work that he had to do on my gum line and to remove the bridge. I would recommend them 100 times out of 100 to anyone that needs prosthodontics. Very grateful that the VA has Dr. kay in their network of providers.

After my previous dentist made the same crown twice, it still looked visibly wrong. It was bulky, poorly shaped, and stood out every time I smiled. Because the crown was directly in my smile line, getting it right was incredibly important to me. When I raised my concerns, I was told it was “the best it could be.” From my first call to Dental Prosthodontics of Rochester, the staff was exceptional. They were kind, reassuring, responsive, and made the entire process feel easy. Dr. Isaac Kuyunov listened carefully and immediately understood exactly what was wrong. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or made to feel overly particular. He explained that he would create an entirely new crown, personally design and review its shape, and send me an image for approval before it was sent to the lab. He also gave me a clear price during the consultation, with no vague answers, gimmicks, or being passed around waiting for a quote. I decided to move forward that day, and I could not be happier with the result. The new crown blends so naturally with my smile that you genuinely cannot tell which tooth is the crown. My experience with Dr Kuyunov and staff was wonderful. After an extremely long, devastating issue w failed implants and bone loss, Dr Kuyunov fit me for the best dentures I've ever had but more over he made me feel like there was hope and that he cared. All the staff are great,..and so was the entire treatment.

I have been being treated at DPR for over a year now. As who is extremely uncomfortable in the dentist chair I can tell there is no better place to make you feel more comfortable than Dental Prosthodontists of Rochester. The entire team from the front desk to Dr Kuyunov treat like me and my concerns matter. They remember things that are happening in my life when I show up for an appointment 3 months later. My fears and worries are washed away by their genuine care. If you experience half the customer service I have you will see why I gave DPR 5 Stars.

Wonderful staff!! They are all friendly, and helpful! Dr.Kuyunov was very gentle when doing my extractions!! My pain during recovery from having all my remaining upper teeth removed, was about half what it was when I was recovering from the same on my lower teeth! I would recommend his office to everyone and anyone who needs dental care!

Dr. Kuyunov, a Prosthodontics dentist, was highly recommended by my oral surgeon for the dental work that I needed to address. I am so glad that I followed her recommendation. I first met Dr. Kuyunov for a consultation and he explained what his recommended treatment options would entail and cost. Dr. Kuyunov listened to my concerns and issues and adapted his procedures for me. Dr Kuyunov made two crowns for me. He also made two bridges for me, one to replace the one that my regular dentist did that never quite fit comfortably. I did not realize how important it is to have someone with Dr. Kuyunov’s specialization working on your mouth. He is conscientious and diligent. He has a pleasant office with Peggy running the front desk, Mira the office manager, and Nataliya and Justin, his adept dental assistants. I highly recommend his services. You can’t be in better hands.

My wife recommended Dr. Kuyunov, who is a Prosthodontic dentist, for my dental work. He worked to save one of my back teeth, because I got a considerable chip in it. He made a temporary cap to make sure it fit properly and then made the actual porcelain cap. It took a few visits. The process went smoothly, because of Dr. Kuyunov's skill, and his two competent assistants. His front staff of Peggy and Mira are pleasant and helpful with questions, scheduling, filling out insurance forms and payments. I highly recommend him, if you need any work done.

My first dental work with Dr. Kuyunov - an implant‑supported bridge - couldn’t have gone better from start to finish. The result looks excellent, and the entire process was smooth, comfortable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel fully informed and confident throughout. Besides being highly skilled, he has a great, easy‑to‑trust personality, and his whole team is just as friendly, attentive, and professional.
